Fall 2022 Update: South Carolina Principal Leadership Network

The South Carolina Principal Leadership Network (SCPLN) is a two-year cohort-based program funded by the Supporting Effective Educator Development (SEED) program. The goal of SCPLN is to build and accelerate the leadership capacity of 150 school leaders from high-need districts in South Carolina through high-quality virtual professional development, quarterly on-site coaching, and quarterly networking opportunities via virtual communities of practice. This brief summarizes the SCPLN program and participant perceptions of SCPLN activities. It is an example of how grantee communications that includes output and outcome data.
