To effectively support young people across the country America’s public schools partner with nonprofits and other external organizations. These partnerships can allow schools to access funding and services they do not have the capacity to apply for or provide on their own. This session will feature leaders from nonprofit networks and community-based organizations that are leading the way in scaling effective practices by utilizing a mix of federal, state, and local funding.
