Organized by the U.S. Department of Education.

This webinar will feature state, national and local experts who will share examples on how to provide cradle-to-career supports to help students and families access services and create thriving communities. Participants will also learn about federal flexibilities to pursue results-driven community frameworks.

To effectively support young people across the country, America’s public schools need to pool and coordinate funding. The federal government has helped states and localities pursue new innovative ways to fund inter-agency projects by fostering cross-agency collaboration, including through Performance Partnership Pilots (P3) for Disconnected Youth grants and technical assistance to help states, districts, counties, cities and schools blend and braid funds.
