Instructional Look Fors Guide

This is a microsite built to offer the field the adult learning competencies Lindsay Unified has aligned to all professional learning, educator growth, and formative support in the HCMS. There are 26 research-based Instructional Look Fors that outline the skills and dispositions of both students and educators in personalized learning models. These competencies are also mapped to the MTSS model for Tier 1 instruction and aligned to the California State Standards for the Teaching Profession, which supports educator evaluation. The microsite includes an unpacking of each adult learning competency, multimedia resources, and authentic implementation models from Lindsay Unified.
