  1. Why is continuous improvement critical for your grant program success?
  2. How might a 90-day cycle assist in discerning if key grant activities are successful and making intended impacts?
  3. How might the data collected in a 90-day cycle help inform your grant’s process improvement?
  4. What are some potential barriers and enablers to piloting a 90-Day cycle in your grant?
  1. Review your logic model. Choose one activity of your grant to apply to the 90-Day Cycle, with a specific focus on improving processes and making specific changes to practice. An activity is specific set of implementation tasks that support a strategy, such as professional learning sessions (activities) that comprise a professional learning system (strategy). If needed, it may be helpful to review this three-minute clip on activities.2.
