These slides are from a session hosted by the EED TA Center featured a consultancy with Dr. Robert Shand, who is a national expert on education finance and evaluation and a Cost Analysis in Practice (CAP) Project team member. Dr. Shand engaged as a consultant with Dr. Kim McKnight from Virginia Commonwealth University (SEED 2021) and Dr. Nancy Ruzycki from the University of Florida (SEED 2018) on specific cost-analysis problems of practice related to long-term financial sustainability planning.
