TQP TA Expert Hour with Broward County Slides

TQP grantees identified peer consultancies as a highly-valued TA experience and Broward County Public Schools as a peer they would like to engage for advice and reflections on good practice. The Teacher Quality Programs (TQP) Technical Assistance (TA) Center hosted an expert hour with Broward County on April 24th from 11:00 am -- 12:00 pm ET. During this session, Broward County Public Schools spoke about designing their grant program with sustainability in mind and shared lessons learned in: 1) establishing partnerships to ensure sustainability, 2) engaging stakeholders in program design and implementation, and 3) collaborating/aligning work across departments.
