Mone't Peterson-Cox joins the Office of Supporting Effective Educator Development Division as an Education Program Specialist. Prior to this role, she served as a Program Staff Assistant with OPE, International and Foreign Language Education, Advanced Training Research Division. Title VI programs offer domestic grants to institutions of higher education to develop and maintain capacity and performance in area/international studies and world languages. Mone't has a wealth of experience with over 20 years of government service and 10 years of grants management. 

Outside of work, Mone't enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and experiencing new cultures.
